In order to exercise your right of withdrawal or to notify us of a problem concerning a product ordered/received, please follow the following instructions:
Send a message via the platform's messaging system expressing your wish to withdraw without ambiguity and mentioning the order concerned.
Please note that if you exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day period, it takes effect from the date of receipt of the product.
Please also note that returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) in the same packaging as that used for the initial shipment.
Please stick the label on the box and drop it off at your nearest post office.
In order to be reimbursed more quickly, please send me the proof of deposit that the post office provides.
