The TKG AS 1003 food slicer is equipped with a large blade of 19 cm diameter made of high-quality forged stainless steel to ensure excellent strength and durability. The blade is dented to make cutting easy and cope with all kinds of foods, may it be bread, ham, salami or cheese. To ensure easy and safe cleaning, the blade is removable.

The ergonomic dial allows you to gradually adjust the thickness of the slices, adapting to any kind of food. The thickness can be adapted from 5 to 15 mm. It’s your perfect tool to cut the thinnest slices of a delicious Parma ham or thick slices of your favourite country bread.

Perfect slicing control

The cutting carriage is made of hygienic food-grade stainless steel for easy cleaning and allows the cutting of food up to a size of 170 x 125 mm. The food holder ensures safe handling. Moreover, as the holder is made from transparent plastic, it allows a perfect control of the slicing process. The carriage is removable for slicing food of longer size such as sausages or a loaf of bread.

A large 19 cm blade

The 19 cm diameter blade is made of forged stainless steel of excellent strength and durability. The blade is dented and easy to remove for cleaning.

Thickness adjustment dial

The adjustment dial allows you to gradually adjust the thickness of the slices from 5 to 15 mm. Located on the back of the slicer, it allows you to adjust the thickness for a perfect and continuous control and adaptability of the slicing. It has been designed to allow easy handling.
